La Halte des Pèlerins is a family vineyard in Sherbrooke making white, rosé and red wines, the semi-sweet white Le Voyageur, Le Prestige red, the port-style fortified Le Confessionnal and the icewines L'Archange and Le Graal from Québec hybrid grapes.
La Halte des Pèlerins' bottled still wines and icewines (HTS 2204.21.50, "Wine other than Tokay (not carbonated), of an alcoholic strength by volume not over 14%") and its port-style fortified wine (HTS 2204.21.80, "of an alcoholic strength by volume over 14%") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026. The vineyard was "Né d'une terre en friche en 1998" and opened in 2008 "avec 20 000 vignes en terre" beside the Sanctuaire in Sherbrooke, with its own cellar ("chai") on site.
