La Miellerie King is the Bougie family's honey house on Lajeunesse Street in Kingsey Falls, bottling the honey of 500 hives in Centre-du-Québec and turning part of it into caramel, sauces, mead, honey liqueurs and apirum spirits.

The jars of Traditional Honey, Sarassin honey, Blueberry honey from the lake and creamed honey that Miellerie King bottles at Kingsey Falls are natural honey, HTS 0409.00.00 on the CBP Section 338 list, and have carried a 50% US duty under HTS 0409.00.00 since August 22, 2026. The meads, honey liqueurs and apirum spirits the family makes from the same honey fall on separate alcohol lines and are not counted here.
