Ceramic Christmas ornaments fall on the Christmas-ornaments line other than glass or wood, HTS 9505.10.25 on the CBP Section 338 list, so each $22 ornament Ladybird sends to an American buyer carries a 50% duty on top of the price, in effect since August 22, 2026. Ladybird had already closed its standard US shipping a year earlier under the previous round of US cross-border rules: the shipping page reads "US- not available currently" and "As of Sept 2025 we are only shipping to Canada", and tells American buyers to write for a quote.
