Le Flanc Nord makes a small range of ciders from its own apples: a still Cidre tranquille, a bottle-fermented Cidre bouché traditionnel, a Cidre liquoreux and an award-winning Cidre de glace, plus lees-aged cider cocktails with raspberry, thyme, cranberry and rosemary, or hops. The farm shop also sells jellies, jams, pastries and gift baskets.
