A microbrewery on the St. Lawrence shore in Sainte-Flavie best known for its Dock series of New England IPAs brewed with honey (Dock 124 uses Southern Cross, Nectaron, Waimea and Nelson Sauvin hops), alongside Robert, a Kölsch-style blonde made entirely from Canadian-supplied ingredients, the Victor maple Scotch ale and the Sirène beer-cider hybrids made with 40% apple juice.
Le Ketch's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. The brewery says its distributed beers are now known "même à l'extérieur du pays", but we found no public source naming the US as a market.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
