A worker-owned co-operative microbrewery between the Monts-Valin and the Saguenay Fjord, brewing beers with hand-picked boreal plants: the Forestière, the Effeuillée with buckwheat honey, the juniper Petit Nord lager, the maple Pic du Grand Corbeau black beer, the Anse aux Foins wheat beer and the salty Njörd.
Le Saint-Fût's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
