Le Verger à Ti-Paul is a Beauce orchard with its own cidery, farm brewery and distillery. It makes canned and bottled ciders (Brut, Barriqué, Houblonné, Bleuets, maple, a Cidre de Feu and a Cidre de glace), about a dozen beers from a Pale Ale and Vienna Lager to a Scotch Ale and an Imperial Stout, a blueberry wine, and apple-based gins, vodka and brandy along with maple, hazelnut, lemon and crabapple liqueurs.
Le Verger à Ti-Paul's cans and bottles of beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt"), ciders (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling"), blueberry wine, and apple gin, vodka, brandy and liqueurs can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026

Everything is made on the farm at 260, rang Bas Saint-Jacques in Saint-Elzéar, where an orchard of "plus de 2000 arbres fruitiers produisant 20 variétés de pommes" supplies the cidery (opened 2019) and the farm brewery and distillery (2021), housed in a renovated barn with a view of the production room.
