Les Sans-Taverne is a worker-run co-op bar and brewery in Pointe-Saint-Charles that brews its Sans Patron, the Chill Pils West Coast pils, the Pépine light lager, Les Cheminées grisette and the Gose Village strawberry-rhubarb gose, among others, pouring them on tap and selling them in cans illustrated by local artists.
Les Sans-Taverne's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt"), the cans it sells to take away and through dépanneurs, can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
