This organic family orchard makes ciders from its own apples, several of them local Saint-Joseph-du-Lac varieties: Tempête and Val Saint-Pierre ice ciders, Pommes Tardives by cryoconcentration, the single-variety sparkling ciders Rosinette, Passionata and Tentation, the hopped PommePlemousse, and cassis, raspberry and haskap sparkling ciders. The shop also sells chocolates, jams, pies and fresh-pressed juice.
