Limited Distillery (Limited Distilling) makes corn vodka, pot-distilled gin, open-fermented moonshines from jalapeño to apple pie, a Demerara-and-molasses white rum and an amaro built on Niagara cherry eau de vie in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
