Macaloney's single malt whisky is a Canadian spirit under HTS 2208.30.60, which carried a 50% US duty from August 22, 2026 and, since September 29, 2026, can no longer be imported into the United States at all. CEO Margaret Rygiel told CHEK News in August that the distillery is focused on reinvesting in Canadian businesses.
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
