Magnotta makes more than 180 wines, including VQA table wines, Vidal and Riesling icewines, VQA sparkling wines and an Iced Apple dessert wine from Ontario apples. Its Vaughan distillery makes True vodka, gin, dark rum and Canadian whisky, an Ontario-hopped Inginious gin, and brandy and eau de vie from grapes and plums, and it also brews beer.

Magnotta's VQA table wines and icewines (HTS 2204.21.50), VQA sparkling wines (2204.10.00), Iced Apple (2206.00.15) and its vodka, gin, whisky, rum and brandy (2208.60.20, 2208.50.00, 2208.30.60, 2208.40.40 and 2208.20.40) can no longer ship to the US since the import ban of September 29, 2026 (50% duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026). Magnotta says its winemaking "is managed exclusively by our winemakers and production team at our expansive facilities located in Vaughan and Beamsville", from its own 180 acres of Niagara vineyards and local growers, and that "Magnotta Brewery and Magnotta Distillery, located at our Vaughan flagship facility, have been producing award winning, all-natural beers and fine, exotic spirits for 20 years."
