Mellön is a Petite-Patrie brewpub devoted to "bières de soif", above all Czech- and German-style lagers such as the Zlato Pivo světlý ležák, the Souvent, longtemps, énormément kellerpils, the Fleur aux dents pilsner and the foudre-aged Zapfsäule Schwarz, alongside goses, saisons and IPAs, poured on tap and sold in 355 ml cans.
