The Micro du Lac, the first microbrewery on Lac Saint-Jean, brews Belgian-inspired beers with boreal plants and spices, including the Tante Tricotante tripel (8%), the award-winning Gros Mollet abbey double, the Boutefeu red ale, the Maringouin aronia sour and the Vire-Capot blonde, in 473 mL and 500 mL formats, plus barrel-aged editions.
The Micro du Lac's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
