A pirate-themed brewpub on rue des Croisières in La Baie, opened in December 2022 next to the Au Pavillon Noir restaurant. Its canned beers include Boucanière German pilsner (4.3%, 355 ml), Kidd double NEIPA (7.7%, 473 ml), Lorette red ale with sweet gale, Dunette double white with dune pepper, Argouse sea-buckthorn Berliner weisse and Arcasse, a barley wine with a maple-scented mushroom.
Microbrasserie du Pavillon Noir's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the brewery about US sales; its cans are sold at the brewpub and in stores it lists for Quebec.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
