A Portneuf microbrewery in a 1946 cinema, with a tasting room downstairs and a concert hall upstairs. Since 2016 it has brewed easy-drinking beers sold in cans through its shop and a distribution network: St-Caz IPA, Pilsner St-Caz, Giorgio (an Italian pilsner), Poincaré Kölsch, Ariane Brown Ale, L'île de la nuit dry stout, Monte Carlo NEIPA and Natur Troüble wheat beer, plus Brett saisons such as Funk Cosmique.
Les Grands Bois's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt"), sold in cans, can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.
