A brewery and restaurant in downtown Alma, Lac-Saint-Jean, founded in 2015. Its 473 ml cans include Tchèque bin ça!, a Czech-style pilsner brewed with Quebec malt and hops (5%), Triple du Nouveau Monde (9%), Stoute qu'un café, Blanche en ville and Bleuet Floral, a blueberry and hibiscus sour; it also brews custom-label beers for businesses.
Lion Bleu's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
