A brewery and pub in Val-des-Sources (formerly Asbestos) whose beers are named for the town's mining past: Mineur, a Kölsch-style blonde, 100 Tonnes IPA, Exproprié Belgian strong brown and a rotating list of seasonal brews, sold in cans and the one-litre growlers it started with.
Moulin 7's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Brewed at 294, boulevard Saint-Luc in Val-des-Sources, Québec, where the pub serves "les bières artisanales produites sur place". Co-owners Yan St-Hilaire and Danick Pellerin founded it in 2013 after home-brewing in their basement.
