A Gaspésie brewery known for its year-round cans such as the Robust Porter La Gaspésienne #13, the IPA Américaine des Appalaches, L'Arlequin double IPA and Paradise Point NEIPA, plus spontaneously fermented beers, barrel-aged beers and yearly limited editions like its barley wine, in 473 ml cans and 375, 500 and 750 ml bottles.
Pit Caribou's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Brewed on the Gaspé coast since 2007: "Brassées à L’Anse-à-Beaufils près de Percé, un joli village de pêcheurs". The brewery and head office are at "27, rue de l’Anse, l’Anse-à-Beaufils QC G0C 1G0", where the brewers keep a coolship for their spontaneous beers.
