The first brewery on Québec's Côte-Nord, making beers tied to local legends and northern berries: Uapishka Belgian white, Walker brown ale, Sinueuse American IPA, Pointe-Noire stout, Baie-Cachée haskap sour and seasonal releases such as the Fleur de Feu cloudberry-tea tripel, in 473 ml cans.
St-Pancrace's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Brewed in Baie-Comeau ("Brassées à Baie-Comeau"), first at the pub on Place LaSalle and since 2017 at its production brewery, the Usine, at 110, boulevard Comeau. Brewers work with Côte-Nord pickers and growers for the berries.
