Mt. Boucherie makes Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Blaufränkisch, Syrah, Malbec, Summit red, Mt. Bubbles sparkling and icewine from Okanagan and Similkameen vineyards, with some wines from other regions' grapes.
