Her 1976 Christmas Ornament is described on her own product page as “made with a vintage Silver Plated Souvenir Spoon from 1976 for Christmas ... soldered onto another silver plated spoon bowl to create a beautiful, unique and one of a kind Christmas Tree Ornament.” A metal Christmas ornament is neither the glass line 9505.10.10 nor the wood line 9505.10.15, and neither of those appears on the CBP Section 338 list; it falls on 9505.10.25, which is on the list.
