A Quebec City brewery that began as a brewpub on rue du Parvis in 2015 and added a canning brewery in Saint-Malo in 2018. Its cans (473 ml singles, four-packs and cases, some in 355 ml) include Catnip, a 7.5% NEIPA that makes up a large share of production, Crazy Cat Lager, Old School West Coast IPA, Calaca gose and Belzébuth stout.
Noctem's canned beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. Canned at the "Brasserie St-Malo", "1095 rue Vincent-Massey, suite #8, G1N 1N2, Québec, QC", with the original brewpub at "438 rue du Parvis G1K 6H8, Québec, QC". The history page says the canning brewery opened "en décembre 2018 sur la rue Vincent-Massey dans le quartier Saint-Malo à Québec".
