The Dhaliwal family's cidery on the Golden Mile bench makes apple cider from Okanagan dessert apples, led by its flagship Red Roof alongside Okanagan Bubbly and Extra Dry, with peach, cherry and pear flavours and cans in the works.
Orchard Hill's packaged apple cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. We found no sign that the cidery sells in the US; its own site describes distribution across BC.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
Made in Canada
The cider comes from the family's own orchard "between Oliver and Osoyoos on the Golden Mile bench", where "The orchard produces 14 acres of high density and quality fruit bearing trees" and "8 acres are purely dessert apples"; Ravi Dhaliwal writes that they "chose only Okanagan grown dessert apples" to make "a product that was made in B.C. and was 100% Canadian."

This is why we chose only Okanagan grown dessert apples to put in our cider. We wanted to create a product that was made in B.C. and was 100% Canadian.
