A Lotbinière microbrewery that reworks classic styles from around the world with local ingredients. Its permanent canned range, Nouveaux Classiques, is an orange-and-coriander blanche, a light blonde, an American IPA and an Irish red; seasonal Éternels Éphémères include a rye IPA, a Kölsch, a Belgian saison, a Scotch ale and an oatmeal stout.
Oxymore's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.
