Brewing in Prince George since 1957, Pacific Western makes affordable, easy-drinking beer under several long-running BC names: Cariboo lagers, Pacific Pilsner and Pacific Schwarzbock, Canterbury Dark Mild in 355 ml cans, and TNT, Ironhorse Strong and Dude Beer lager, alongside Pacific Cool vodka sodas and Wild Thing hard sodas.
Pacific Western's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
