Peace River Brewing's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. Made at its brewery and taproom at "10028 101 Street Peace River, AB"; Mighty Peace Tourism reports "The beers are all brewed by Kehler in 600 L batches, then canned and kegged by Bond and their staff", and the owners say their spirits "are produced on-site using locally sourced grain from within the Peace Country."
