The 2022 Beal Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay is "12.5% alc. / vol. VQA Beamsville Bench" and the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine is "11.9% alc. / vol. 200 ml". Still grape wine at or under 14% in bottles under 2 litres.

The 2017 Red Ratafia is Pinot Noir juice "fortified with locally grown plum and cherry fruit spirits to a final alcohol of 18%/vol." in a "500ml bottle"; the 2018 White Ratafia is Chardonnay juice fortified to "17.5%/vol." Grape must with fermentation prevented by added alcohol, over 14%, in bottles under 2 litres.
