Victoria's big independent craft brewery, making Blue Buck ale, Tilt lager, Dinosour fruit sours, Glitterbomb and Hop Box mixed packs in cans and kegs, and since 2026 brewing the former Lighthouse Brewing beers such as Shipwreck IPA.
Phillips's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
