Polonée Distillery keeps traditional Polish recipes alive in Niagara with Kannuk and Lumberjack Birch vodkas, UROK and Horny Goat gins, and nalewka fruit and honey liqueurs such as Wiśniówka sour cherry, Aronia chokeberry and Krupnik.
