Polysleep makes foam mattresses in Montreal, including its Origin, Luna, Sierra, Aura and Zephyr ranges, and also sells pillows and other sleep accessories.
Foam mattresses match HTS 9404.21.00, added to the Section 338 list effective September 15, 2026. The additional 50% duty is therefore upcoming as of this September 11 review. Polysleep says its mattresses are made in Montreal and that it formulates and produces its foam in-house. Its US FAQ says mattresses ship from its Montreal facility.

Every mattress in the catalogue is poured foam. The shop's own copy describes "a top layer of ventilated viscoelastic hybrid foam that promotes air circulation" over a "base layer—that also acts as a boxspring and is made of high-density foam", and the Made in Canada page says "every mattress we make is crafted right here in Canada at our facility in Montreal, Quebec". A mattress of cellular plastics is HTS 9404.21.00, one of the subheadings the White House Annex II of September 8, 2026 inserts into the Section 338 list effective September 15, 2026.
