Small-batch meads from Saskatchewan honey, from the off-dry Traditional Bee to fruit melomels like Haskap Haven, Rhubarb Rose, Cherry Charm and Strawberry Splash, plus a Chocolate Cherry port-style mead, made at the meadery near Caron and sold from its Moose Jaw store.

Prairie Bee says its meads are "hand-crafted in small batches with locally produced honey" and that "Real, all-Canadian fruits are incorporated in to the wines before fermentation", at its cottage winery near Caron with a store at 401 Main Street North in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
