A brewery and distillery in Havre-Saint-Pierre on Quebec's Côte-Nord, founded in 2018, making eight beers and five spirits. Beers include Anticosti gose with sea salt and black spruce, Fausse Passe Nordic blonde, Petite Marteau session IPA, Fantôme boreal white, Grosse Romaine Belgian blonde (8%) and La Chasse brown ale; spirits include Betchwan gin and its bourbon-barrel Réserve d'Henry, Niapiskau vodka, Rubis Nordique lingonberry gin liqueur, Manitou acérum and St. Charles single malt whisky.
Puyjalon's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") and its bottled gin, vodka, whisky and liqueur can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
