A St. Davids Bench winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake making Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Meritage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, a dried-grape Appassimento, rosés, the Charmat-method sparkling Riesling Mile High, Pinot Noir and Viognier pét-nats and a Cabernet Icewine.
