Rose Hill Cidery, on Rose Hill Orchard in Lake Country, makes small-batch, bottle-conditioned cider in bottles, from single-varietals like Spartan and Aurora to oak-aged, cherry-infused and hopped blends, some rested in wine or rum barrels. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, poured in tasting flights on the farm.
Rose Hill Orchard's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.
