Shuswap Cider is a farm-based cidery on the Shuswap River making modern ciders in 4-packs of cans: Dry Apple, co-fermented from bittersharp and bittersweet varieties with Gala and Ambrosia; Semi-Sweet Apple from Spartan and McIntosh; Cherry Rosé; and Lavender Honey, poured alongside flights at the tasting room.
Shuswap Cider's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
