A riverfront brewery and kitchen on the Vedder River in Chilliwack, opened in 2022, whose beers each carry a character name, from Trail Guide EVERETT West Coast IPA and Vinyl VINNY Czech Pilsner to Highlander SKYE Maple Scotch Ale and the Neighbourly NAVEEN fruit sours, sold in cans, growlers and on tap.
Sidekick's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the brewery about US sales. Its cans are sold at the brewery and at liquor stores in the Lower Mainland.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
