Slake is a small farm brewery in Prince Edward County making patio lagers and ales in 473 mL cans (Mosey Pilsner, lagered six weeks and naturally carbonated, Wavy and Slow Slow IPAs, Super Sunset pale ale, Long Sleeves amber, Dreams stout) alongside small-batch barrel-aged sours such as Darren The One Eyed Cat, a barrel-aged grape ale made with 2026 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Slake's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. We have not found a public source on whether Slake sold in the US; it sells from the farm taproom and ships within Ontario.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
