Sonnen Hill brews easy-drinking European-style lagers and ales on a 37-acre farm in Caledon: its golden Lager Beer (4.8%, 355 ml cans), Bitsy, a hazy Pale, and collaborations such as the smoked lager Spéciale and Dunkel Hour, sold by the can, six-pack and 24 and by monthly subscription.
Sonnen Hill's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the brewery about US sales.
