Spark brews hoppy, sour and lager beers, such as its Sparkler German Pilsner and a Sparktoberfestbier festbier, poured in its Chinatown taproom and pizzeria and sold as beer to go.
Spark's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
