Spirit in Niagara turns over-ripe and fallen peaches, nectarines, plums, pears and apricots from its own orchards into eaux-de-vie, fruit-based vodka and gin and fruit liqueurs, and distils Canadian corn whiskies including its Canadian Brrrbon at Niagara-on-the-Lake.
