Spirit Tree presses and ferments its own orchard apples in the Caledon hills into a canned lineup of traditional hard ciders (Premium Cider, Orchard IPC, Perfect Pear, Cellar Light, Crabapple Sangria) and specialty ciders including Estate Cider, King's Gold, Crabapple Rose and an Iced Cider, alongside non-alcoholic sparkling apple and pear drinks, a wood-fired bakery and a bistro.
Spirit Tree's packaged hard ciders and Iced Cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.
