Alpha Tango, a father-and-son distillery in Val-d'Or, makes Bravo Charlie gin from hand-picked cattail and wild berries, Mission Kosmos vodka from Canadian wheat and esker water, and Moonlight spiced rum with maple syrup.
Alpha Tango's gin, vodka and rum are Canadian spirits under HTS 2208.50.00, 2208.60.20 and 2208.40.40, which carried a 50% US duty from August 22, 2026 and, since September 29, 2026, can no longer be imported into the United States at all.
