Starlight's fur coats, jackets and capes are articles of apparel of furskin under HTS 4303.10.00 on the CBP Section 338 list, which has carried an additional 50% duty since August 22, 2026, and the shop — which says it has been "selling them across Canada, the US, and Europe" — now warns American buyers on its own shipping page that a tariff fee is charged on top of the price and the shipping.

Under a heading reading "DUTIES & TARRIFS", Starlight tells American customers a tariff charge is added to every US order on top of the garment price and the shipping. The 35% figure is the shop's own and does not match the 50% Section 338 rate on furskin apparel in force since August 22, 2026.
This fee is not included in product prices and is charged in addition to shipping costs.
