An East Vancouver brewery best known for sour and barrel-aged beers, alongside pilsners, Belgian styles such as Krampus abbey dubbel, Talisman, Beest triple IPA, Psychopomp black lager and fruit beers, in cans and 750 ml bottles; it also makes Woodland farmhouse-style cider and theSTRANGERS red, white and rosé wine in 250 ml cans.
Strange Fellows' packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt"), cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") and canned wine can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the brewery about US sales; its online shop ships within BC.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
Made in Canada
Made at the brewery at "1345 Clark Drive, Vancouver V5L 3K9", which "gratefully makes & enjoys beer on the unceded lands of the Squamish, Tsleil-waututh & Musqueam nations". Its canned red wine uses Okanagan grapes that "have been happily fermenting and barrel-ageing in French oak at Strange Fellows Brewing in East Vancouver", and Woodland cider adds Porter's Perfection, "a classic old world cider apple grown in Cawston BC".
