A Calgary brewery with a core lineup that runs from the Establishment Classic lager (4.1%) and My Best Friend's Girl Kölsch-style ale to the Afternoon Delight hazy pale, Sky Rocket hazy IPA and Jam Rock blackberry-vanilla sour, plus limited barrel-aged wild beers fermented with the brewery's own wild yeast cultures.
The Establishment's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. Brewed at its brewery and taproom at "4407 1 Street SE, Calgary, AB T2G2L2", where "Our taproom is surrounded by barrels that hold a variety of wild beers that can take anywhere from three months to three years to mature." The founders met through a Calgary homebrew club before opening in 2019.
