Natural, wild-fermented cider and perry from old Gulf Islands orchards, sold in 750 mL bottles: pét-nats like Bittersweet, South Pender and Earth Edge, the traditional-method Finest Perry, blends such as Anything & Bartlett, and the odd wine co-ferment like the Purple Crush frizzante red, plus a quarterly cider club that ships within Canada.
