Organic estate-grown ciders in bottles, including Dry (Newton and Cox's Orange Pippin, 7.0%), Semi-Dry with Kingston Black, a Wild Ferment from Calville Blanc d'Hiver, fruit ciders with pear, plum, peach and cherry, and a hopped apricot peach, plus a cider-based Pommeau aperitif and a small-batch plum spirit.

Made at the cidery at "2070 British Columbia 3, Cawston" in the Similkameen Valley, from organic cider apples the owners grow themselves: "we grow organic apple varieties specifically for the use of cider", and their ciders are "made with Organic Estate Grown Cider Apples."
