Verger Barry presses cider, macerates fruit mistelles and distills apple eau-de-vie into gin, apple brandy and herbal spirits at its family orchard in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade.
Verger Barry's apple brandy, gin, herbal spirit and cider are Canadian products under HTS 2208.90.30, 2208.50.00, 2208.70.00 and 2206.00.15, which carried a 50% US duty from August 22, 2026 and, since September 29, 2026, can no longer be imported into the United States at all.
