Verger Ferland is a pick-your-own orchard and craft cidery in Compton that grows 13 apple varieties, pears and plums and makes its own ciders, including Orpha, a summer perry (Poiré d'été) and an ice cider, alongside juices and preserves sold at the orchard shop.
Verger Ferland's packaged cider and perry (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
